Today, Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire turn 18 years old in North America. In pop culture and in the legal system in the United States and many other countries, 18 is the cutoff between a minor and an adult. Some people think, “You can’t be even a little too young.” That’s not true.
In the last 3 years, I have gotten 6 “loud cough ordeals.” Therefore, if someone is 17 years, 364 days old, they stop being a “minor” at 11:59:54 p.m., not midnight.
