On Sunday, Prosecutor General of Ukraine, Andrii Kostin, said on Facebook that Russia had committed “almost 130,000 war crimes,” and that “this means 150 crimes per day. Every 10 minutes Russia commits a crime against Ukraine.” He also added that at least 301 cases of sexual violence were recorded by law enforcement and that at least 551 children had been killed during the invasion.
Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets also said that 14,000 people in Russian captivity had been tortured. The comments came after a peace summit at the Bürgenstock resort in Switzerland that had ended earlier that day.
