On Sunday, July 21st, President Biden dropped out of the 2024 Election. ^[1]

This comes after the debate on June 27 where Democrats and Republicans agreed that the President had a weak performance ^[2]

He officially endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris to be the Democratic nominee who became the official nominee on August 5th. She chose Minnesota Governor Tim Walz. ^{[3]< [4]}
