Cameron at the 2018 Britannia Awards.

Jacques Cameron announced the launch of entertainment studio and production company Legacy Artists which will produce and distribute movies, television, games, books, and interactive entertainment to audiences worldwide.

Legacy Artists business segments include movies and television, music, games, publishing, licensed consumer products, as well as new services and technologies for movie theaters, theme parks, live event venues, social media and electronics.

The company is responsible for content production of a diverse array of entertainment products, services, and experiences based on Legacy Artists owned brands and the company’s own library of original entertainment titles and franchises.

Legacy Artists headquarters will be in Los Angeles, California located at Century Plaza Towers in Century City and the 2500 Broadway media campus in Santa Monica which has also been the offices of Roku, Hulu and HBO.

Jacques Cameron is the founder, chief executive office, and sole stakeholder in the company and its assets.

The studio’s current projects include several in development and in production including a feature film due for U.S. release in 2024.

The Legacy Artists official fanfare soundtrack was performed and recorded by the Czech National Symphony Orchestra live in Prague, Czech Republic.

“The vision is to deliver exciting and immersive experiences to audiences that leave an indelible mark that will last”, Cameron said.
