On Sunday, an arrest warrant was placed for South Korean president Yoon.

Yoon failed to appear at three summons regarding is imposing of martial law that rsulted in his impeachment. These failures to appear were which his lawyer attributed to “legitimate concerns”

Yoon’s lawyer is named Yun Gap-geun.

Yoon’s presidential duties were revoked on December 14.

Yoon was not able to legally leave the country.

Yoon’s team of legal representives contended that authorities had no authority to arrest him. They contended that the martial law declaration was “within the president’s constitutional authority”
