British Academy of Film and Television Arts announces recipients of 2025 Film Awards

On Sunday, the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) conferred the 76th British Academy Film Awards at a ceremony in London, England’s Royal Festival Hall.

The political thriller Conclave was the most nominated film with twelve nominations and received four awards including the coveted BAFTA Award for Outstanding British Film.

The Holocaust film The Brutalist also won four awards, with director Brady Corbet winning Best Director while Adrien Brody won Best Actor. The film also won the awards for best original score and best cinematography.

Emilia Pérez won best film not in the English language and Zoe Saldaña won best supporting actress. Notably Mikey Madison beat Demi Moore for the award for Best Actress in a Leading Role.

The animated Wallace & Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl won the inaugural best children and family film award. Warwick Davis won the BAFTA Fellowship which he dedicated to his late wife Samantha Davis.
