Yesterday, Pokémon Scarlet and Violet set a new record low for the series in terms of fan satisfaction. The games scored a meager 2.8 out of 10 on Metacritic, far surpassing the unpopularity of 2019’s titles Pokémon Sword and Shield, which scored 4.6/10 (it was 4.2/19 at the time of their release).
